Basketball
• Ages 14+
• Weeks of 6/1 – 8/6
•  Monday + Wednesday
1 + 16 session options


Hockey: Youth + Juniors / College / Pro
• Begins T 5/26
Youth: M, T, TH,  7:45  – 9AM| Adult: M, T, TH, 6:15 – 7:30 AM
• 4, 8 or 12 week tracks


Lacrosse
• Weeks of 6/1 – 8/6
•  T –  TH, 9 – 10:15 AM | T / TH: Gym Training / W: Outdoor Workout
1 + 6 week options


Soccer
• Ages 13+
• Weeks of 05/25 – 8/6
• M + W, 5PM – 6PM | TH, 11AM – 12PM
• 6 + 12
 session options


Softball: Middle + High School
• Weeks of 6/1 – 8/6
High: T / TH, 9:30AM – 10:30AM | Middle: T / TH, 5PM – 6PM
• 8 + 16 session options


Volleyball
• Weeks of 6/1 – 8/3
• Middle: T / TH  1PM  – 2PM| High: M / W, 1PM – 2PM
• 4 + 16 session options
